It does not apply to software subscriptions or platform services, which are governed by your subscription agreement and Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility for Returns

Our Devices are supplied primarily to businesses and organisations. Returns are accepted only in accordance with this policy. You may request a return if:
  • The Device is unused, uninstalled, and in as-new condition;
  • The Device is returned in its original packaging with all components; and
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Custom-built, branded, pre-configured, or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email hello@theolivepod.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return
If approved, we will issue a Return Authorisation and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected. Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs
  • Secure packaging and insurance during transit
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Device:
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds cover the Device price only
  • Original shipping, installation, configuration, and onboarding fees are non-refundable
Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days of approval.

4. Faulty or Damaged Devices

If your Device arrives damaged or develops a fault:
  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery (for damage) or as soon as the fault is discovered
  • Provide photographs and a description of the issue
We may, at our discretion:
  • Repair the Device;
  • Replace the Device; or
  • Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

5. Warranty

All Devices are supplied with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or power supply

6. Software & Subscriptions

Software access, portal accounts, and monthly subscriptions are not physical goods and are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law. Cancellation of your subscription is governed by your Terms & Conditions (including the 30-day notice period).

7. Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
