This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all physical products supplied by KLIKD LTD, including donation devices, kiosks, mounts, stands, and accessories (“Devices”). It does not apply to software subscriptions or platform services, which are governed by your subscription agreement and Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Our Devices are supplied primarily to businesses and organisations. Returns are accepted only in accordance with this policy. You may request a return if:- The Device is unused, uninstalled, and in as-new condition;
- The Device is returned in its original packaging with all components; and
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, email hello@theolivepod.com with:- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Return shipping costs
- Secure packaging and insurance during transit
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned Device:- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds cover the Device price only
- Original shipping, installation, configuration, and onboarding fees are non-refundable
4. Faulty or Damaged Devices
If your Device arrives damaged or develops a fault:- Notify us within 7 days of delivery (for damage) or as soon as the fault is discovered
- Provide photographs and a description of the issue
- Repair the Device;
- Replace the Device; or
- Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
5. Warranty
All Devices are supplied with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover:- Accidental damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or power supply
